The gastronomy of Fez Café

Large roof terrace for breakfast in the sun and for dinner under the stars. Chef Hicham Moufid, both cook and patissier, produces an elegant menu with an accent on the Orient, somewhere between Moroccan tradition and the Mediterranean, using fresh local produce from the market and vegetables from the garden. The menu changes daily. Special continental, Moroccan or vegetarian menus can be prepared to order, as well as picnic baskets.

Cooking classes

Cook a morrocan meal with Michel Biehn, the author of La cuisine du Pasha and Hicham Moufide, Chef at the Fez Café. With them, you will choose the menu, Grande Cuisine from Fez or country style. With Simo, you will go to yhe market. Back to the kitchen , you will learn all of Hicham’s secrets, and hear Michel’s anecdotes on the history of Fez. Then, you will enjoy the meal in the peace of the garden.
