Welcome in the Jardin des Biehn

Suites and Rooms, a 1001 Nights’ journey
We offer five categories of accommodation, from the Standard Room to the Royal Suite, most of them with a private balcony or terrace, bathed in the lush atmosphere of the garden.
Furnished and decorated with pieces of art, antiques and precious textiles collected during Michel Biehn‘s travels, each of the rooms and suites has a unique character and atmosphere.
The flavors of the Fez Café restaurant

A relaxed, charming atmosphere and 100% fresh, local market ingredients define the character of our restaurant, Fez Café.
Open to all, patrons of the riad or outside guests, it welcomes you in all seasons, indoors or on its lovely terrace bathed in greenery.
The creative cuisine of our Chef, Hicham Moufid, emphasizes Mediterranean flavors and Moroccan traditions with a menu that changes daily according to the local markets’ offerings.
Your well-being at Jardin des Biehn

The riad’s Andalusian garden is a haven of peace and generous harmony, ideal for resting from the hustle and bustle of the medina. You will discover a lovely swimming pool surrounded by vegetation, reserved for the exclusive use of our guests.
Inspired by the Moroccan tradition of the art of bathing and body care, Jardin des Biehn welcomes you to the former hammam of Pacha El Mokri, and its superb massage room, throughout the year. Natural products, captivating scents, and magical moments await you.
Extend your trip in our Boutique

Fez is the historic capital of Moroccan craftsmanship, but our Boutique invites you to a much broader visit. You will discover the wonders collected during Michel and his daughter Jeanne Biehn’s travels, throughout Morocco and the rest of Africa, in India, Persia, and the Far East.
Pottery from Tamegroute, carpets from the Atlas mountains, basketry from the Rif region, traditional costumes from Morocco, rare and old textiles mingle with contemporary creations imagined by designers and brought to life by the hand of craftsmen.
Sophrology session

Sophrology is well known for stress management, to find new resources in oneself and improve one’s quality of life. We offer sophrology sessions by Catherine Biehn, sophrologist and psychotherapist for more than 25 years.
